Job Description

BigBasket Associate / Picker / Packer / Loader role

Order Picking

Pick grocery products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
Use scanners or handheld devices to verify items and quantities.
Ensure accuracy and avoid picking wrong products.

Packing & Dispatching

Pack items safely for delivery.
Label and sort orders according to delivery routes.
Prepare orders for dispatch within the required timelines

Loading & Unloading
Move goods within the warehouse using trolleys or pallet jacks when required.
Stock Taking & Inventory Management
Conduct stock counts and inventory checks.
Update stock records and inventory systems.
Report shortages, damaged items, or mismatches.
Ensure products are stored in the correct locations

Eligibility
- 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers can apply.
- Age generally 18–35 years.
  - Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in rotational shifts.
