Packing Supervisor

We are looking for a Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations, ensure product quality, maintain proper documentation, and manage manpower efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing a packing or dispatch unit in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate packing activities for finished goods as per dispatch schedule.

• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and packaging of materials to avoid damage.

• Maintain records of packed and dispatched materials.

• Monitor stock of packing materials and raise indents as required.

• Ensure quality standards and safety norms are followed during packing operations.

• Allocate work to packing team members and track their productivity.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in packing area.

• Train and guide packing staff for efficient work practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Any discipline)

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in packing / dispatch supervision in a manufacturing company

• Skills:

  • Knowledge of packing materials and methods

  • Ability to read and understand dispatch documents

  • Team management and leadership skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP entry preferred)

  • Strong communication and coordination ability

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
