We are looking for a detail-oriented Packing Executive to handle packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation of gifting products sourced from outsourced vendors. The role requires maintaining brand presentation standards, ensuring order accuracy, and supporting timely dispatch while minimizing damages and returns.
Pack gifting products as per company packaging and branding guidelines
Handle outsourced products carefully and verify quality before packing
Perform item checking against invoices, PO, and order sheets
Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and barcoding (if applicable)
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely shipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
Assist in gift customization, inserts, ribbons, hampers, and special packaging
Follow safety, hygiene, and SOP standards at all times
Support inventory team during inward/outward movement when required
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
1–2 years of experience in packing, warehouse, or gifting industry preferred
Ability to work with fragile, premium, and customized gift items
Basic understanding of invoices and order lists
Physically fit to handle packing work
Attention to detail and neat presentation skills
