Packaging Boy

Key Responsibilities

• Packing beauty and healthcare products as per standard packaging guidelines

• Ensuring products are packed neatly, safely, and accurately

• Labeling, sealing, and preparing packages for dispatch

• Performing basic quality checks before packing

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation

• Following instructions provided by the supervisor/warehouse team

• Small and lightweight products only

• No heavy or physically demanding work

• Ability to follow simple instructions

• Attention to detail and basic discipline at work

Salary & Benefits

• Overtime (OT): Extra working hours will be paid as per company policy

• Full Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

• Full attendance means 26 working days in a month

• Paid Leaves:

• 21 days paid leaves per year

• 13 public holidays

Additional Allowances

• If working on Sunday or a public holiday:

• 1 additional day’s payment

• ₹125 food allowance
