Job Description

Job Title: Packaging Boy

Department: Warehouse / Production / Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Pack products as per company standards and instructions
Label packages correctly with product and shipping details
Check items for quality, quantity, and damages before packing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
Assist in loading and unloading goods if required
Follow safety rules and company procedures
Support inventory and stock handling activities
Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor

Job Requirements

Minimum education: [10th Pass / Basic Schooling]
Previous packaging or warehouse experience preferred (not mandatory)
Ability to lift and move packages
Basic understanding of packaging materials and tools
Willingness to work in shifts, if required
