Packaging Boy

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Packaging Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading cartons from trucks, managing packing staff, and explaining packing procedures to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload cartons or goods from delivery trucks safely and efficiently.

• Supervise and manage a team of packaging staff during daily operations.

• Clearly explain the packaging process and work instructions to new or existing staff.

• Ensure proper handling and placement of packaged goods.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.

• Report any issues or damages related to packaging or loading/unloading to the supervisor.

• Ensure timely completion of packaging tasks as per schedule.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy cartons.

• Basic understanding of packaging processes.

• Ability to manage a small team and give clear instructions.

• Punctual, reliable, and willing to take initiative.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
