We are hiring a Packaging Executive for our e-commerce business handling orders from platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The role involves picking and packing products as per order details, ensuring safe and secure packaging to prevent damage during transit, and correctly labeling shipments for dispatch. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining packing materials, handling daily dispatch targets, coordinating with the warehouse team, and performing basic quality checks before packing. The ideal candidate should be at least 10th or 12th pass, physically fit, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations is a plus. The candidate should be punctual, honest, and responsible in handling tasks.
