Job Description

Operate and manage packing machines for potato chips, kurkure/extruded snacks, and namkeenbhujia.
Handle and operate Pace packaging machines and Ishida weighing systems efficiently.
Ensure accurate weighing, filling, sealing, and packing of finished products.
Maintain proper packaging quality including seal integrity, pouch appearance, coding, and labeling.
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of packaging materials.
Follow production targets and packing schedules as assigned.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per food safety standards (FSSAI/GMP).
Report any machine issues, defects, or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
