Job Description

We are looking for a Packaging Boy to join our team. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Pull, weigh, and package products based on daily customer orders or delivery invoices.
Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and discard or report damaged goods before they are packed.
Material Handling: Properly use packing materials like bubble wrap, tape, and padding to prevent damage during transit.
Inventory Support: Assist in organizing warehouse stock, sorting goods, and maintaining records of packed items.
Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing and workstation areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
