• Maintaining records and tracking of all parcels

• Coordinating with courier partners for timely pickup and delivery

• Communicating with patients regarding parcel status, delays, or clarifications

• Ensuring all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time

Candidates should be responsible, organized, and able to manage daily packing and dispatch tasks efficiently.
