Job Description

Pack finished packs per packing list, piece-count and weight tolerance.
Accurately seal and label (product name, batch no., Mfg/Exp date, MRP, handling instructions).
Prepare cartons/pallets as per dispatch plan and palletization rules
Transfer freshly prepared food in Blast Freezer and ensure they are placed properly without overloading.
Shift frozen products from blast freezer to designated Cold Rooms after freezing cycle completion.
Prepare frozen goods for dispatch as per dispatch schedule .Load products into refrigerated vehicles maintaining cold-chain.

पैकिंग लिस्ट, पीस-काउंट और वज़न टॉलरेंस के अनुरूप पैक तैयार करना।
पैक को सही तरीके से सील एवं लेबल करना (उत्पाद नाम, बैच नंबर, निर्माण/समाप्ति तिथि, MRP, हैंडलिंग निर्देश)।
डिस्पैच योजना व पैलेटाइज़ेशन नियमों के अनुसार कार्टन/पैलेट तैयार करना।
तैयार व पैक किए गए उत्पादों को ब्लास्ट फ्रीजर में भेजना , सही ट्रे/रैक में रखना और ओवरलोड न करना।
फ्रीजिंग साइकिल पूर्ण होने पर उत्पादों को ब्लास्ट फ्रीजर से कोल्ड रूम में शिफ्ट करना।
डिस्पैच शेड्यूल अनुसार माल तैयार करना।
रेफ्रिजरेटेड वाहनों में कोल्ड-चेन बनाए रखते हुए लोडिंग करना।
