Packaging Boy

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and label products as per company standards and client requirements

• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items before packing

• Use appropriate packaging materials to avoid damage during transit

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area

• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed

• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor

• Work with speed and accuracy to meet daily packing targets

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10th & 12th Pass or equivalent

• Prior experience in packaging or warehouse work preferred (not mandatory)

• Basic reading and writing skills

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

• Team player with a positive attitude
