Position: Orbital Welder
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and set up orbital welding machines as per project requirements.

• Perform high-quality orbital welding on pipes/tubes and related components.

• Read and understand welding drawings, specifications, and procedures.

• Ensure proper alignment, fit-up, purging, and welding parameters.

• Inspect welds and maintain required quality standards.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace instructions.

• Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment in good working condition.

• Complete assigned work within project timelines.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and client representatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Orbital Welding is required.

• Experience with orbital welding machines and related equipment.

• Knowledge of TIG/GTAW welding and pipe/tube welding will be preferred.

• Ability to work according to welding procedures and quality standards.

• Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, food, dairy, semiconductor, process piping, or similar industries will be preferred.

• Candidates must be willing to work at the project/workshop location in Ahmedabad.

• Candidates may be required to undergo a practical welding test before selection.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and technical skills.

• Food Allowance: ₹6,000 per month.

• Food at Client Workshop: Food facilities will also be available at the client workshop as applicable, including meals during working hours.
