OTM Techno-Functional Lead Area(s) of responsibility Experience: 3 – 10 Years Project Type: Application Management Services (AMS) Shift: Global / Multiple Shifts (US Client Support) Role Summary We are seeking a Techno‑Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and working knowledge of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM). The role involves providing L2/L3 AMS support, executing configurations and minor customizations, and resolving functional and technical issues for a US‑based global supply chain client. The consultant is expected to work closely with business, ERP, and middleware teams in a 24x7 support environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2/L3 AMS support for Oracle OTM and GTM applications - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical production issues - Perform OTM configurations, enhancements, and minor customizations - Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests as per SLAs - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support preventive solutions - Support global users and participate in shift‑based production support calls OTM Functional & Module Expertise Order Management : Order Base, Order Release, Shipment Planning and Execution Planning & Optimization : Rate Management, Network Routing, Capacity & Constraints Execution & Visibility : Tendering, Shipment Execution, Event Management, Tracking Freight Settlement : Invoicing, Charge Management, Match & Approve Configuration Management : Agents, Automation, Business Rules, Reference Data, Locations, Lanes Technical & Integration Expertise - Hands‑on experience with OTM extensibility: Agents, Agent Actions, Business Rules - Security, Roles, Access Control Integration with Oracle, ERP Cloud, legacy/on-prem ERPs - Ability to decode and troubleshoot integrations using SOA, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs - Experience with ERP integrations including JDE, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud - Strong understanding of XML payloads, integration logs, and interface error handling - Middleware (OIC, SOA, OSB) Payload design, transformation, error handling, reconciliation - Inbound/outbound OTM/GTM interfaces; Data migration - SaaS migrations; Data validation, reconciliation, post-migration support; SQL skills Experience Level Senior Level
