Operations Associate

1) Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end procurement of materials and services.

2. Schedule and attend vendor meetings to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

3. Manage printing coordination—specifically getting printing done on products like mugs and other merchandise.

4. Maintain relationships with local vendors and negotiate pricing and timelines.

5. Ensure minimal rejection and high-quality standards in the final printed products.

6. Keep records of purchases, delivery schedules, and invoices.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in procurement or vendor management is a plus.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and quality.

• Comfortable working with local vendors and traveling within the city if required.
