Key Responsibilities:
Handle day to day freight forwarding operations for import/ Export shipments.
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, CHA and other vendors for shipment related activities.
Prepare and maintain shipment documents and operational records.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
Maintain proper records and update shipment details in internal systems.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
