Operation Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our delivery and pickup logistics. You will be responsible for optimizing daily routes, managing the ground team, and ensuring seamless documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can maximize vehicle utilization while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Planning: Strategically plan daily delivery and pickup schedules to ensure timely service and cost-efficiency.

Team Leadership: Supervise and manage manpower, including drivers and warehouse staff, to maintain a high-performance culture.

Financial & Document Control: Overseas To-Pay collection and ensure accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) handling and reconciliation.

Data Management: Prepare and present detailed MIS reports to senior management regarding operational performance and bottlenecks.

Fleet Optimization: Track vehicle movements in real-time and ensure maximum vehicle utilization to reduce idle time and operational costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for MIS reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
