Job Description

We are seeking a operations professional for Skylark Express Delhi Pvt. Ltd. from the courier and cargo industry with proven expertise in handling daily operations, load movement, and local deliveries/pickups in the Delhi NCR region. The candidate must have strong knowledge of PTL (Part Truck Load) movement, route planning, and end-to-end cargo management. This role requires leadership, problem-solving ability, and operational excellence to ensure seamless execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily cargo/courier operations across Delhi NCR.

• Handle PTL movement of loads and ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.

• Supervise and coordinate local deliveries and pickups within the region.

• Monitor operational workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Liaise with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth service.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.

• Lead, train, and guide the operational staff for improved performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in courier/cargo operations.

• Strong knowledge of PTL load movement and regional logistics in Delhi NCR.

• Proven experience in local delivery and pickup operations.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and coordination ability.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

• Willingness to work in fast-paced and challenging environments.
