Operation Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee all floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of our branch’s operational activities. The ideal candidate will supervise the entire operations team, manage day-to-day workflows, and ensure all tasks are executed efficiently within the operations hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure seamless execution of all activities.

• Supervise, guide, and manage the entire operational staff.

• Plan and allocate tasks to the team to meet operational goals.

• Ensure compliance with company processes, SOPs, and quality standards.

• Monitor productivity, identify gaps, and implement improvements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements.

• Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks within the hub.

• Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or Part Load Operations).

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

• Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills.
