We are seeking an experienced Area Manager – Operations to oversee and drive Last Mile Delivery operations across multiple locations in Odisha. The ideal candidate must be local to Odisha, fluent in Odia, and well-connected with the local market.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations across assigned hubs

• Ensure operational KPIs such as productivity, on-time delivery, and shrinkage control

• Lead and supervise delivery executives, hub supervisors, and ground teams

• Monitor performance through regular reviews and daily/weekly reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of deliveries

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• Oversee vendor management, route planning, and resource allocation

• Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer experience

• Support operational launch activities in new locations when required

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in logistics / supply chain / e-commerce operations

• Strong background in handling multiple locations and large on-ground teams

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Excel and basic operational dashboards

• Must be from Odisha and fluent in Odia

• Strong local network and market understanding is essential

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven operational environment
