Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across the supply chain, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

• Lead demand and supply planning processes to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts or overstock.

• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve bottlenecks.

• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure supply chain performance (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, logistics cost).

• Drive cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and risk mitigation initiatives throughout the supply chain.

• Implement and optimize ERP/Supply Chain systems for better visibility and control.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career development.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.

• Manage budgets and forecasts for supply chain operations.
