Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily last-mile delivery operations.

·         Supervise delivery associate and internal team.

·         Monitor key parameters for on-time delivery.

·         Coordinate and communicate with vehicle vendors.

·         Analyze operational data, generate reports, and recommend performance improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

·         Graduate (any stream)

·         Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in last-mile delivery or logistics operations

·         Strong team management and leadership skills

·         Proficient in Advanced Excel.

·         Strong skills in managing and leading operational teams effectively. 

·         Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
