Operation Executive

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES –  

Manage daily operations processes including procurement, order processing, inventory management and logistics

Specialize in 1-2 areas of operations, while having a basic understanding of all operations processes

Work with the warehouse team to manage warehouse actions like stock checks, order picking, packing, etc

Work with the procurement team to coordinate with vendors for order processing at the vendor side

Collaborate with other functional teams to deliver great customer experiences, while fulfilling orders of our e-commerce platform

Adhere to all processes diligently and ensure high quality outputs on a continuous basis

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE–

Any degree, with very good communication skills

0-2 years experience in operations in any organization. Experience in e-commerce focused companies would be a plus.

Any experience in dental or healthcare sectors will be an added advantage

SKILLS REQUIRED–

Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver results consistently

Good time management skills, to handle a number of issues in parallel, without compromising on the quality of solutions offered

Basic comfort with Microsoft Office software
