Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and oversee daily dispatch and last mile delivery operations.

 Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per defined SLAs.

 Prepare and manage E-way bills, dispatch documents, and shipment records.

 Maintain and update Excel reports for dispatch, delivery, and performance tracking.

 Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth

execution.

 Monitor and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and non-delivery issues.

 Ensure inventory accuracy and system reconciliation during dispatch.

 Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety, and documentation standards.
