Operation Executive

At Cubelelo, India’s largest online cubestore (present on Cubelelo.com, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & JioMart), we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to handle end-to-end returns management across all platforms.

Your Day at Work Will Include:
🔹 Processing returns for both B2B & B2C orders
🔹 Creating product return videos & raising vendor claims
🔹 Handling return-related chats & customer updates
🔹 Tracking claim status and coordinating refunds
🔹 Maintaining accurate return records

We’re Looking For:
🎓 Graduate with 0–2 years of operations/e-commerce experience
💬 Strong communication & organizational skills
📊 Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
🧠 Eye for detail & a problem-solving mindset
