Operation Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch of vehicles as per client bookings and schedules

• Allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently based on location, timing, and vehicle type

• Monitor vehicle movements using GPS/tracking systems and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs

• Act as a point of contact between clients and drivers for smooth operations

• Handle last-minute booking requests, rescheduling, and cancellations professionally

• Maintain records of vehicle usage, trip sheets, fuel usage, and driver attendance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and customer service standards

• Assist in onboarding new drivers and providing route plans and client instructions

• Report delays, vehicle breakdowns, or issues to the concerned department for quick resolution

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness
  

NOTE: Male candidates only, should be okay with night shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Education: Bachelor's (Required)

Experience-

Operations: 1 year (Preferred)

Logistic Operations: 1 year (Preferred)

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
