Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily dispatch of vehicles as per client bookings and schedules
Allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently based on location, timing, and vehicle type
Monitor vehicle movements using GPS/tracking systems and ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
Act as a point of contact between clients and drivers for smooth operations
Handle last-minute booking requests, rescheduling, and cancellations professionally
Maintain records of vehicle usage, trip sheets, fuel usage, and driver attendance
Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and customer service standards
Assist in onboarding new drivers and providing route plans and client instructions
Report delays, vehicle breakdowns, or issues to the concerned department for quick resolution
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness

NOTE: Male candidates only, should be okay with night shift.
