Office Compounder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Office Helper to support daily office operations. The role includes office cleaning, assistance in dispatch and packing, and occasional visits to project sites for support work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.

• Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch of materials and products.

• Support loading and unloading of parcels and materials.

• Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.

• Visit project or site locations when required for support work.

• Assist team members with day-to-day operational tasks.

• Ensure proper handling and care of office materials and tools.

• Follow instructions from the Admin/Operations team.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum education: Basic schooling preferred.

• Prior experience as an office boy/helper is an advantage.

• Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined.

• Willing to travel to sites when required.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed during the interview and based on experience.

Working Hours:

9.30am to 6.30pm
If work is required after 6:30 PM, the employee will be required to stay back and will be eligible for overtime (OT) pay.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
