We are looking for a Night Loading Supervisor to join our team at at Thacker Dairy. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise loading staff, drivers, and night-shift activities. 2. Ensure correct quantity, batch, and FIFO-based dispatch. 3. Check vehicle hygiene, loading conditions, and product quality. 4. Ensure proper handling of chilled dairy products and minimize damage/wastage. 5. Maintain loading, dispatch, inventory, and shift reports. 6. Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and production teams. 7. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and workplace safety standards. 8. Ensure all vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time. 9. Report shortages, damages, delays, or operational issues to management.
Job Requirements:
1. Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience in dairy/FMCG warehouse or dispatch operations.
2. Good team-handling, communication, and basic computer skills; willing to work night shifts
