Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and building systems (lighting, water systems, HVAC units, panels, pumps, etc.).
Monitor and respond to maintenance service requests promptly.
Maintain logs and documentation for all service and repair activities.
Assist in energy management and operational efficiency efforts.
Ensure all work is performed safely, in compliance with applicable codes and company policies.
Support emergency response efforts such as power outages, leaks, or fire system issues.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair services.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Report major repairs or risks to the Facility Manager.
