Position: Customer Support Executive (CSE) – Government Liaison
Company: WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Be stationed at government offices such as Nagar Nigam, Parishad, or Palika.
Monitor data digitally through the company portal and provide relevant information as requested by government bodies.
Address and resolve queries raised by government employees in a timely manner.
Share accurate and timely reports with authorities and stakeholders.
Receive complaints from government officials and immediately communicate them to field staff for resolution.
Follow up on complaints until resolved and ensure feedback is given back to the authority.
Act as a bridge between government bodies and the company’s head office for smooth communication.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure compliance with government requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of queries, complaints, and reports submitted.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and coordination skills (Hindi & English).
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and digital portals.
Prior experience in government liaison, operations, or customer support (preferred).
Responsible, punctual, and professional personality
