Position Title: Merchandising Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead the merchandising team and oversee the complete order execution process from product development to shipment.
Manage buyer communication for order inquiries, sampling, approvals, and production updates.
Prepare and monitor T&A calendars and ensure all deadlines are met.
Costing and price negotiations with buyers and vendors to achieve target margins.
Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Troubleshoot production or quality issues and provide timely solutions.
Analyze buyer requirements, market trends, and provide inputs for new product development.
Maintain strong business relationships with international buyers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with social, technical, and quality standards required by buyers.
Guide, train, and monitor junior merchandisers for performance and efficiency.

In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and export documentation.
Ability to handle multiple buyers and large-volume orders.

Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile/Merchandising/Business Management.
• 7–12 years of experience in garment merchandising, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
