Warehouse System Operations
Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns processes.
Create and process GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), shipment orders, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
Monitor order allocation, picking, packing, and dispatch status in the system.
Ensure real-time system updates for all warehouse transactions.
Inventory Management
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation and cycle count support.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Generate inventory and operational reports for management and clients.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transport teams, and clients regarding shipment status and operational issues.
Support customer queries related to inventory, order status, and dispatch updates.
Escalate system or operational issues to the appropriate teams.
Data & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain accurate documentation and digital records.
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced warehouse environments.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of logistics and transportation processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce or FMCG warehousing.
Knowledge of barcode/RF scanning systems.
Familiarity with SLA and KPI management in 3PL operations.
