Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

• Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.

• Optimize supply chain processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

• Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs and implement improvements.

• Resolve supply chain disruptions, delays, or quality issues proactively.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations.

• Assist in demand forecasting and production planning.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits, reporting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement entry-level or mid-level.
