• Manage the Route planning for pickups from the Food Business Operators.
• Coordinating with the Logistics partners for timely services
• Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up
• Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.
• Track the route plan on a day-to-day basis
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
• Ensure the quality of all services and processes within the facility
Logistics Coordinator qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service & logistics management a must
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Inventory maintenance experience a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and Self Motivated
