Logistics Supervisor

Position: Logistics Specialist / Coordinator
Experience: 2–4 years, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Hospitality logistics
Qualification: Post-Graduate preferred
Budget: ₹25,000–₹30,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Sales dispatch schedules, routing, delivery planning, and manifests.
  

• Coordinate movement of ambient and frozen products from TBEL warehouses to 3P warehouses/distributors while ensuring temperature compliance.
  

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate and timely order preparation and dispatch.
  

• Monitor inventory at TBEL and 3P warehouses and ensure appropriate stock levels.
  

• Conduct inventory/service-level audits and monitor GMP/GSP and FEFO practices at 3P warehouses.
  

• Coordinate with third-party transporters and drivers for vehicle planning, shipment tracking, and timely delivery.
  

• Act as the key coordination point with the Sales team for delivery status, short shipments, urgent requirements, and replacements.
  

• Coordinate product returns, credit notes, claims, and delivery exceptions.
  

• Ensure timely bill booking and payment coordination for 3P warehouse and transport service providers.
  

• Manage international courier alignment and shipment tracking.
  

• Handle related logistics documentation and other assigned activities.
  

• Ensure adherence to applicable food safety, hygiene, HACCP and FSSAI requirements.
  

Key Skills

• Strong MS Excel and MIS skills.
  

• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS and logistics processes.
  

• Good understanding of warehouse, transport, inventory and cold-chain operations.
  

• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to manage time-sensitive requirements and multiple stakeholders.
