Full knowledge and hands-on management of vehicle tracking systems
Daily email communication with customers, including vehicle status and delivery updates
Preparing and sending daily vehicle movement reports to customers via email
Regular follow-up with drivers to ensure timely dispatch, route adherence, and delivery completion
Handling and coordinating vehicle breakdowns, including repairs and alternate arrangements
Maintaining complete records of vehicle documents (RC, insurance, permits, fitness, PUC, etc.)
Monitoring document expiry dates and ensuring timely renewal to avoid operational delays
Overseeing entire office administration work, including coordination, reporting, and record-keeping
Ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations and compliance with company policies
