Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing: Generate, verify, and dispatch sales invoices, follow up on payments.

Packaging: Manage packaging workflows, ensure accuracy, and material availability.

Email & Chat Support: Professionally handle customer queries related to orders, billing, delivery via email and web chat.

Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipping pickups, prepare documentation and track shipments.

Reporting & Optimization: Maintain records

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.

Core Skills:

Familiar with billing systems and invoice processing.

Packaging workflow knowledge.

Strong customer communication (email/chat).

Good communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:

MS Office (Excel, Word).

Experience in related field

Soft Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset; able to manage multiple priorities.

English and any other regional language Preferred

Education

12th/Bachelor’s degree
