Logistics Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Logistics and Installation Executive to join our team. This person will act as the bridge between our company, the client, and the local ground team. You will ensure timely delivery, smooth coordination, and successful installation of our interactive panels, with proper documentation and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the logistics partner to track the movement of interactive panels.

• Proactively communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and expected installation dates.

• Identify and coordinate with local technicians or ground support in the client’s area for installation.

• Arrange and oversee the installation process, ensuring it is completed smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensure all necessary documentation (delivery receipt, installation confirmation, etc.) is collected and submitted properly.

• Share installation guidelines with clients and resolve queries to ensure a hassle-free experience.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients post-installation for feedback and service support if needed.

• Report installation status, issues, and resolution updates to internal teams.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
