Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track courier claims (lost, damaged, delayed shipments) across all logistics partners.
Submit claims with required documentation within defined SLAs.
Follow up with courier partners to ensure timely processing and closure of claims.
Maintain a daily/weekly Excel tracker for all claims with status updates and resolution TATs.
Coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams for claim-related support documents.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards on claims data and courier partner performance.
Identify recurring claim patterns and escalate issues for resolution.
Support general logistics operations and reconciliation where needed.
