Job Description

JOB SUMMARY :
We are hiring a Supervisor to manage daily transportation operations and ensure smooth loading, dispatch, and documentation of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure containers are properly inspected before loading and dispatch for any damage or issues
Ensure containers are loaded and unloaded properly without damage
Supervise truck and trailer loading to ensure proper space utilization for each trip
Maintain LR (Lorry Receipt) records accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure all transport-related documents are properly maintained and updated
Coordinate with drivers, loaders, and operations team for smooth dispatch
Monitor vehicle readiness and ensure trips are executed as per schedule

Requirements:

Experience in transportation/logistics operations
Basic knowledge of truck loading and documentation
Good coordination and team handling skills
Responsible and detail-oriented approach
