Job Description

Job Description – Outward Logistics (Logistics Executive / L.R. Coordinator)

Department: Whole Sale

No. of Openings: 1

Gender: Male

Locality: Within nearby radius (preferred for field work and travel)

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in logistics / transport coordination

Age Limit: 25 to 48 years

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (as per experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM + Evening follow-up (Work from Home at 9:00 PM for 15–20 minutes)

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of ERP systems

- Strong computer operating skills

- Good coordination and follow-up skills

- Basic understanding of logistics and transport processes

- Ability to manage documents like L.R., E-way Bill, E-invoice

- Good communication skills for transporter and client handling

- Conflict resolution skills

- Time management and multitasking ability

- Must have valid driving license and own bike

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage complete L.R. (Lorry Receipt) process

- Collect tokens and L.R. from multiple locations

- Scan and maintain proper records of L.R. documents

- Share L.R., Invoice, E-way Bill, and E-invoice with clients via WhatsApp group

- Update all L.R. details in ERP system

- Maintain record of pending L.R. and ensure timely collection

- Handle courier management activities

- Coordinate with transporters for smooth operations

- Follow up regularly with transporters and resolve conflicts/issues

- Identify and onboard new transporters for new locations

- Arrange direct vehicle booking for client requirements

- Perform daily evening check of L.R. and share updates with clients (Work from Home – 15 to 20 minutes)

- Ensure proper documentation and timely communication with all stakeholders
