Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties:

Reverse logistics for product pickups, ensuring timely delivery. proper packaging, and tracking of

shipment.

Serve as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal tears, addressing inquiries and

resolving issues efficiently.

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring favourable and legal

compliance.

Utilize Zoho tools to manage customer data, tracking, inventory optimize order processing, and

analyse sales trends.

Maintain the daily report.
