Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily inward and outward logistics operations of jewellery products.
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse, retail stores, and corporate office.
Maintain proper records of dispatch, delivery, returns, and inventory movement.
Handle courier and shipment coordination with logistics partners.
Ensure proper packaging and secure handling of valuable jewellery items.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to management and concerned departments.
Verify invoices, challans, e-way bills, and delivery documents.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Maintain stock accuracy and support physical stock audits.
Monitor delayed shipments, damaged items, or missing inventory and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and security protocols related to jewellery handling.
Prepare daily/weekly logistics and dispatch reports.
