Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Executive with at least one year of experience in Shiprocket (preferred) or e-commerce/quick commerce logistics. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics operations, RTO (Return to Origin), shipping processes, verification, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report).

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Manage end-to-end shipping processes, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

• RTO & NDR Handling: Monitor and resolve return shipments and failed deliveries, minimizing losses.

• Verification & Compliance: Ensure accurate order verification and compliance with logistics protocols.

• Coordination with Vendors & Couriers: Liaise with shipping partners and logistics providers to optimize delivery efficiency.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in logistics workflows.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track shipment performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Shiprocket (preferred) OR e-commerce/quick commerce logistics.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with logistics platforms, shipping interfaces, and order management systems.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot delivery issues and optimize logistics operations.

• Communication: Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.

Interview Process:

• Round 1: Initial screening & logistics knowledge.

• Round 2: Practical case study on handling RTO, NDR, and shipping challenges.

• Round 3: Final discussion with HR management.
