Logistics Supervisor

Job description:

We’re seeking a reliable and efficient Shipping Handler with eCommerce experience to manage order fulfillment, packing, and courier dispatch. You'll ensure online orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Location: Kapasi, Santej - Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.

• Pack, label, and prepare items for outgoing delivery.

• Coordinate with couriers and maintain shipping records.

• Keep the shipping area clean and organized.

• Communicate with internal departments (e.g., inventory, customer service) about shipment status.

• Maintain shipping and receiving logs; update inventory systems as needed.

• Coordinate with couriers and logistics providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

• Create basic daily or weekly shipping reports using Excel or internal systems.

• Communicate in basic English for order processing and courier coordination.

Requirements:

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).

• Attention to detail and good time management.

• Basic computer or scanner use.

• Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
