Job description:
We’re seeking a reliable and efficient Shipping Handler with eCommerce experience to manage order fulfillment, packing, and courier dispatch. You'll ensure online orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Location: Kapasi, Santej - Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
Pack, label, and prepare items for outgoing delivery.
Coordinate with couriers and maintain shipping records.
Keep the shipping area clean and organized.
Communicate with internal departments (e.g., inventory, customer service) about shipment status.
Maintain shipping and receiving logs; update inventory systems as needed.
Coordinate with couriers and logistics providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Create basic daily or weekly shipping reports using Excel or internal systems.
Communicate in basic English for order processing and courier coordination.
Requirements:
Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
Attention to detail and good time management.
Basic computer or scanner use.
Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus.
