Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics and dispatch activities across locations.
·         Plan and schedule deliveries for store orders, inter-hub transfers, and vendor shipments.
·         Monitor shipment tracking, route planning, and vehicle utilization to optimize turnaround time.
·         Maintain accurate records of material movement, delivery challans, and transport documentation.
·         Liaise with internal teams (production, stores, purchase, vendors) for smooth dispatch operations.
·         Handle 3PL partners and negotiate with transport vendors for best service and rates.
·         Ensure proper loading/unloading, packaging safety, and compliance with company standards.
·         Track and minimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
·         Maintain daily MIS reports on dispatch, vehicle movement, and material status.
·         Lead and train delivery associates, drivers, and support staff to ensure process adherence.
·         Address delivery issues, delays, and escalations promptly with corrective actions.
