Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily logistics operations across assigned hubs in Mumbai.
Coordinate with delivery executives/riders to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Monitor dispatch activities and ensure all orders are dispatched within the defined timelines.
Manage rider allocation, route planning, and route optimization for efficient deliveries.
Coordinate with LSP (Logistics Service Provider) partners for smooth last-mile operations.
Track delivery performance and ensure SLA adherence.
Resolve delivery delays, rider issues, and operational bottlenecks in real time.
Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and shift allocation.
Conduct regular field visits to hubs to ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate with hub managers and internal teams for seamless logistics operations.
Maintain daily MIS reports and operational updates.
Ensure smooth communication between hubs, delivery partners, and management.
