Job Description

Job Description:-

Collect dispatch plan from PPIC and arrange transport accordingly (Transporter, Auto, Rider, Special Vehicles).
Coordinate with transporters to obtain vehicle details and share in dispatch group for billing.
Prepare and share daily logistics costing reports.
Verify and audit transporter bills with proper receiving documents.
Manage taxi and auto receiving, billing, and voucher preparation.
Process transporter bills for GRN.
Identify and onboard new transporters/courier/taxi vendors; collect quotations and prepare comparisons.
Plan routes and optimize loads (clubbing of materials) for efficient delivery.
Maintain and update rate lists and contact details of transporters, taxis, and autos.
Track transit times and ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain records of dispatch, driver routes, delivery timelines, and changes.
Coordinate with drivers and monitor delivery progress; resolve delays/issues.
Ensure timely vehicle placement for pickups.
