Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator / Warehouse Computer Operator at Kajipura, Kheda. Industry: 3PL / Logistics / Warehousing

Job Purpose

To accurately manage warehouse-related data entry, documentation, system transactions, inventory records, and MIS reports to support smooth day-to-day 3PL warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry related to inward, outward, dispatch, receiving, inventory and stock movements.

  • Enter and update warehouse transactions in WMS / ERP / SAP as required.

  • Prepare and maintain GRN, Delivery Challan, Dispatch documents, Gate Pass, Inward/Outward records and other warehouse documentation.

  • Update stock and inventory records and coordinate with warehouse operations for data accuracy.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required
