Role Overview

The Logistics Supervisor is a field operations leader responsible for ensuring that every shipment is accurately loaded, transported, and delivered as per customer requirements.
This role involves physically accompanying trucks, supervising multiple deliveries, verifying goods movement, and ensuring documentation and reporting accuracy.

You will act as the link between the Instaship operations team, transport partners, and clients, maintaining ground-level control and ensuring that every trip runs smoothly and efficiently.
